NCBTMB Digital Badge Usage

Your NCBTMB-issued digital badge should replace any online usage of your certification or approved provider seals. This exclusive digital credential recognizes your status and highlights your skill, knowledge of, and commitment to your profession. The digital badge can be displayed anywhere online.

The digital credential is embedded with qualifying information and can be verified with a single click. The credential expires in congruence with your board certification. Once your certification expires, the badge—when clicked upon—will show that your board certification has expired.

You also have permission to use this badge in printed materials. Always reproduce the complete badge from the electronic artwork provided. Do not alter it in any way. Do not separate any of the elements of the badge. Do not animate, morph, or change the proportions or colors. Do not rotate it, render it three-dimensional, or add a drop shadow. Do not use any part of the badge as a decorative element, background, or pattern.

Neither the digital credential nor a png/jpg or other file type version may be used by non-Certificants and non-Approved Providers, including those whose certification or designation has lapsed.
